In two short days, Thanksgiving and all of the full plates and beautifully decorated tables that we all know and love will be here. In the blink of an eye, just as we’re finally no longer feeling stuffed, Hanukkah arrives followed swiftly by Christmas and New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day, and before we know it, it’ll be the middle of January.
